Blossom Organics Warming Lubricant, &&&giveaway!

"As the temperature rises, the suspense begins." - 10 points if you know what that's from.  :P

The fine folks at Good Vibrations sent me a a tube of Blossom Organics Warming Lubricant.  I already knew that Blossom Organics was awesome (it is their mission to make intimate products for women that actually have women's best interests in mind, pH balanced and no harsh chemicals), so I was expecting good things from the Warming Lubricant.

The Blossom Organics Warming Lubricant comes packaged in a box featuring Blossom Organics signature design and colors.  Inside the box you will find a tube with a flip top cap, and it is sealed so that you would know if it was tampered with.  I like the packaging because it doesn't scream SEX, I can just keep it with my lotions and things and I don't think anyone would even notice unless they got up close to read the label.

 I received the 4 ounce size, which is enough to last a *long* time in my opinion.  It is very slippery and a little goes a long way.  It is water based, which means it is safe for use with all materials for those who would use this with condoms and/or toys.

The consistency is great, it's almost a gel, but not quite so thick.  As it warms with body heat it's runny and just...wet, like a good personal lubricant should be.  I like it.

Blossom Organics Warming Lubricant contains no harsh parabens, petrochemicals, silicones, glycerin, alcohol, hormones, pesticides, artificial dyes, flavorings or fragrances.  The warming and tingling effect comes from organic peppermint, which does give this a slight minty smell.  To me, this feels cool and tingly at first, but then it warms up as the effect progresses.  The full ingredients list is as follows:

 Ingredients: Organic aloe barbadensis leaf extract, sorbitol, hydroxyethylcellulose, hyaluronic acid, organic stevia rebaudiana extract, tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, organic menthe piperita (peppermint) essential oil, and organic extracts of paeonia albiflora (peony) root & passiflora incarnate flower.

I like this lube, but only for occasional use and I prefer to only use on the outside.  It does feel a bit warmer than other warming lubes I've tried and the sensations I get from this are not something I particularly enjoy on the inside, but that is just me -- you might!
